Services
Ayati offers a comprehensive range of services including developmental assessment, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, audiological assessment, behavioural support, family counselling, group clinics, and a supported employment programme for young adults with disabilities.
We provide services for children from birth through to young adulthood (Age group 0-18). Our early intervention
programmes start from birth, while our supported employment programme extends to young adults
transitioning into the workforce.
Many of our core services are provided free of charge. Some specialised assessments, hearing aids, and assistive devices may have associated costs. Financial assistance is available for families in need – please speak with our patient support team.
While a referral from a healthcare professional is preferred, we also accept self-referrals. You can contact us directly to discuss your child's needs and schedule an initial assessment.
Appointments
You can book an appointment by filling out the request form on our Services page, calling us at +94 11 787 8501, or sending a WhatsApp message to +94 70 104 6677. Online self-service booking is coming soon.
Waiting times vary depending on the service. Initial assessments are typically scheduled within 2–4 weeks. For urgent cases, we do our best to expedite. Please contact us for the most current wait times.
Please bring your referral letter, any previous medical reports, your child's health records booklet, parent/guardian ID, and your child's favourite comfort item. See our full visit checklist for details.
Yes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Your child's appointment time is valuable, and with sufficient notice, we can offer this precious therapy session to another child who is waiting for care. Your consideration helps us ensure that every available session benefits a child in need. Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp to make any changes.
If you are unable to connect with our hotline to book or reschedule an appointment, or to request a letter, you may
leave us a voice message. This service is available on working days only. Voice messages can be left if your call is
not answered during office hours. Please note that this facility is not available on holidays or after office hours.
